Shipping

• OUR CHRISTMAS CUT OFF THIS YEAR IS NOVEMBER 30 2024. This allows us to make and have the ordered shipped in time for you to receive it before Christmas Day.

All prices on our website are displayed and will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping:

• Shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days for all orders. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact the shipping company, or us, using the reference number provided.
• We offer shipping via both Australia Post and Sendle. Once you enter your address at checkout, you will be given the option to select Sendle (usually the more affordable option), Australia Post Standard, or Australia Post Express.

Order Timeline:

• As all of our products are custom made, orders are generally shipped within 2–3 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date within this timeframe, please let us know or include a note with your order.
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification with tracking to your email address you purchased with.

Busy Periods & Delays:

• Please note that during peak sales periods, such as Christmas, shipping may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
