Jaded Painted Return & Exchange Policy

At Jaded Painted, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your handmade purchase. However, as a small business, we have specific policies in place:

Refunds:

Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges:

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances. Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returns:

For change-of-mind exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, Jaded Painted will cover the return postage.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. We cannot accept products with knife marks, signs of use, or damage caused by improper handling.

Jaded Painted reserves the right to demonstrate that any damage was not caused by the buyer.

Custom & Engraved Products:

Custom engraved products cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or the engraving is incorrect.

Handmade Nature of Our Products:

Please note that all products are handmade and unique. Variations in timber color, natural markings, and resin waves are to be expected and are not considered faults.

We take great care to create high-quality, handmade items. If an issue arises, please contact us directly so we can assist. And as a one-woman business, we kindly
ask for your patience and understanding.
